Nogorful Holiday School is a special initiative providing education to underprivileged children every Friday, targeting marginalized communities such as railway slum dwellers and street children, many of whom were previously involved in child labor or begging. Currently operating seven Holiday Schools in key urban locations (CRB Shirishtola, DC Hill Park, Sholoshohor Railway Station Platform, Agrabad Jamburi Park, Cantonment Noton Para Railway Station Platform, Patiya Railway Station Platform, and Comilla Shasongacha Railway Station Platform), the program serves over 600 students. Its main goals are to offer pre-primary education, enroll out-of-school children into formal schools, provide ongoing academic support to prevent dropouts, and distribute free learning materials. Community awareness campaigns further highlight the value of education. A committed team of volunteer university and college students lead the teaching and mentoring efforts. The project plans to expand to more underserved urban areas, working with government and non-profits to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.
